We have waited a while to rate this structure because according to us it's very important see many hotel/hostel in one country in order to understand real structure's value .
First impact was strange: first day ever in Thailand after 24h intercontinental trip, taxi couldn't find the guesthouse, owner's child (6,8 years?) took us to see our room.
Room was ok, clean with a very strong air conditioner and a very nice courtyard inside.
Good Value for the money.

Although not all the staffs can speak fluent English but they were all very friendly. We arrived to Krabi without any plan in advance, but thanks to the staff who advised us the airport transportation and tourist suggestions, we eventually had a wonderful trip there. They even allowed us to use the guestroom shower after we checked out, which is a great help to someone who came back from kayaking that afternoon.
The facilities of the guestroom is simple but it wasn't a problem because we spent .
It was a pleasure to stay at Baan To. We were looking for a budget
friendly place in Krabi as would be out the entire day for our all day
long tours and after reading the reviews at letsbookhotel.com, this place
sounded good. We were pleased with the facilities.. Hot water shower
with good pressure, very clean rooms and good air conditioning. We also
got direct pool view of the neighbouring hotel from our first floor
room. The owners Ya and her husband were helpful, especially Ya who
arranged f.
The staff at the Baan To could not have been friendlier. Always willing
to help and offered to book tours. It is worth trying to knock them down
a few baht as the tours were cheaper elsewhere. It's really close to
Krabi town centre,night market and river but nowhere near Ao Nang beach
(as stated in a previous review). Good place for restaurants, vogue
department store and 7-11 nearby.
Very friendly staff, clean room with balcony (no firniture there though)
and ac and fan! Very close to town and nightmarket! Staff very helpful
you can book transport to other places right there! Free wifi (even in
my room and even though they told me I dont have it there)..

nice budget place to stay, very clean and operator is very friendly/helpful. located in krabi town and 5 minutes walk to morning/night market. the guest house can even help to get best deals for excursions. will stay there again on my next trip.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. the rooms were clean and what you'd expect for the price. it's located on a side street away from the noise of the bars. I'd definitely stay there again.

Rooms are beautiful and clean. It is nice that every room has a balcony to sit and relax. The street is calm en quiet and outside of town. There is a very good little restaurant for breakfast and dinner close to the homestay.

I enjoyed the stay here as the staffs were very friendly, especially Yaa. Our room was so clean, even the toilet was clean too. The environment was so relaxing. I will definitely accomodate this place again.

The staff were lovely at first (mainly run by the one big family) but soon after we arrived they pushed a lot of trips on us and when we refused they were a bit off with us for the rest of the stay.

Staff were very much like described in reviews - they wanted to book stuff for you but saying that most places are. They were friendly until they realised we wouldn't book anything which is a shame as that's not Thai hospitality in our experience.

It's out of the city center, the rooms are very very basic, noisy fans, and the shared living area is very poor.
Not easy to find the exact location, hide in the lane. Be aware for much Mosquitos to bite u on raining days.
The hotel is the familly business, we didn't like their heavy way
they tried to sell the trip boat, as soon as they know that we bought
the ticket with another agency (was cheaper), from then we didn't
exist any more, not professional as attitude, we had choosen this hotel
because of the good review, the room was in ground floor, clean but very
humide, could not let the window oppen, we couldn't sleep all night,
is it the bad experience for all our trip.
