The bungalows were great (and cheap!). We were in a standard one for the first two nights, then were upgraded (free) to a deluxe one for the next two (since the standard one needed some maintenance before high season). Next time, I'd probably go for the deluxe one straight off (a bit bigger and more comfortable, with a better bathroom including hot shower) -- but both were very comfortable, especially for the price.
all reviews » The staff were really friendly and helpful! They gave us hot water at least twice a day so that we could have tea and noodles. They put mosquito coils on our balcony every night, the mosquito nets in the rooms were great, and the hot showers in the deluxe bungalows were AMAZING!!!. The staff were so nice, took an interest in our trip and just friendly. The bungalows are new and clean. The beds are so comfy. Shower was good. Great location too just off walking street in between the beaches so it's the perfect walking distance to everything. The location is good, central on the island so each place is easy to reach by foot. Nice bungalows with good bathrooms. Staff speaks very well English and is always willing to help out for instance with tickets for the boat and minivan, in our case to Ao Nang. lovely and friendly owner, well located, quite and in nature but 30sec from the main street of ko lipe. lovely bungalow, bambus shower, nice balcony (delux bangalow), close to pattaya and sunrise beache - just great. Nice and quietly located, away from the main street. One of the more orginal resort designs on an island that's becoming ridiculously overdevelopped. Definitely on the expensive side, but that's the norm on Ko Lipe. Location was great Staff were friendly & helpful Bungalows made you feel like you were in the jungle. Great place to sleep after a long day at the beach. The resort is well located close by the walking street and the beaches. Bungalows and garden are nice really green and well maintained. the bungalow was amazing with hammock and porch. They light mosquitoe coils at night. The service is excellent, very clean, very affordable. Everything is good... With the price I paid... all thing is good except too many mosquito~~~. The hotel is nice, located in the center of the island, the bungalows are surrounded by greenery, cleaned every day. The wifi is not in the rooms but only in the reception area. The local staff is very helpful and friendly, but the reception manager works listlessly. It looked nice from the outside and all beaches were close by. Natural feel, clean & cozy, Friendly staff, good location. Location is good, just walking a minute to Walking Street. Nature setting. Great location. When we were there (pre high season), there was some annoying construction noise nearby as the island was gearing up for the high season. We would have liked to be able to stay longer, but there weren't any available bungalows left!. everything was perfect!!. WiFi was a little slow and patchy depending on how far from reception your bungalow is but it was enough to check emails etc. Make sure too do your mossie net right and apply repellent before bed. Pillows were a bit hard, and at the time we went there there were constructions all over the island so a bit noisy, but that had nothing to do with gecko. everything was perfect. Lacks a common area to sit and the internet is dreadful. But they seem to be building a new restaurant area which looked really nice. The bathroom stinks. A strange small that wouldn't go away. I think its the chemicals they use because toilets don't flush there. wifi only works at the bar. The water presure is low... Shower is taking longer than usual. The bungalows are very small and very close together (about 3m apart). As they only consist of bamboo mats it is Very noisy at night from all the neighbors. In my eyes too expensive for what you get. water pressure too low. Little hot and mosquito on the night. Very basic. Workers on the roof could look into the shower. Dark rooms. Smelt like cabbage.
