Great place to stay (we stayed 12 days) Great people Special thanks to "THOR" the manager always on the deck and helpful. The rooms are large and the bathroom is awesome The atmosphere is great if you want to relax. The pool perfect for relaxing and intensive swimming also. The modern design so special, we really enjoyed it. Much better than the ugly Amari resort just on the same beach. The beach is huge and if you walk, you can find nice place to swim. Paradise on the Paradise Isle Koh Chang. We had a deluxe room on the 3rd Floor. Room 235. The room was really nice and big. Nice Bedroom, WIFI Access, big balcony, perfect Outdoor Swimming Pool, Breakfast was ok. Bathtub! Great. Great Interior Design. the pool is excellent - large and is just a few steps away from the guest room; staff of the resort is always willing to help; the design of the resort is pretty cool. Nice quiet hotel, very friendly staff that take really good care of their guests. Great design, very nice staff and perfect sanctuary. Style and architecture. Free room upgrade. The Villa room was superb. I lived in four hotels in Koh Chang. All the facilities here are excellent compare to to others. Really nothing. Very hars to think of something we didnt like. Since we hardly left the hotel, the Restaurant is a bit expensive for Thailand... Parking space is quite limited and inconvenience as it is quite narrow with one way in and out. It would be better if a security man assist the parking at all time, not just check-in. The cushion of the sitting bank in the balcony was strange blown up with water and a bit old and strange. Small TV Screen in Comparison with the Room. The Beach is not nice with many rocks. the TV in the guest room is a bit too small; the beach right in front of the hotel is covered with rocks and not ideal for swimming. Dirty beach during raining season. Many rocks at the beach, so is not very nice for swimming. No gym room and the beach is no so clean. Hotel beach is between two less-quality hotels. Night time dinner had loud music from one hotel next door while trying to enjoy quiet time on beach. the cost of drinks was too high. Staff were not friendly... Like robots and never saw smile on their faces.
