Chong Fah was the resort of our dreams. Settled on the coast, it offers beautiful views (from the infinity pool!) a serene atmosphere, beautiful gardens, and a friendly and helpful staff. I have no complaints about the experience, from the flower necklaces we received upon arrival to the extensive breakfast buffet each morning to the free bicycle rentals. We arrived in need of a relaxing, worry-free vacation, and we left fully satisfied!.
all reviews » The concept & layout of the resort is impressive. Located on a small beachfront plot with about 30 rooms; cozy, serene and intimate with a well kept garden all around. The personal touches and unobtrusive & helpful staff impressed me most. Pool area was great. Easy access to the beach, massage cabanas right next door. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Room lovely with a tropical feel. Great restaurants within walking distance. We used the hotel pushbikes to get around. We stayed in a beach front room with spa which was fantastic. The hotel is small, breakfast is excellent, staff are great, and location is fantastic. We will definitely stay again. The staff excellence and friendly also very helpful.Rooms cleaned every day. It's the little extra things they do turn your bed back at night then leave a good night treat. The staff were so wonderful, they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were so good at anticipating our needs/wants it felt like they could read our minds!. 1) All the staffs are really friendly 2) Really sweet to clients for their special day (i.e. birthday, honeymoon) 3) Could respond to clients quickly and efficiently.
