Great location, can hear the sea, lovely friendly owners, great staff, although English not so good, but really not a problem. An amazing location. Great pool beside beach. Breakfast ok but a la carte meals very good. Lucky that we meet a helpful and friendly reception.Good view with beach. nearby several good restaurants and bars. Quite and peaceful place. Also can enjoy their owned brand SPA at another branch by free tu-tu.

Parking space is limited. Quite far from hua hin night market 20 mins walk. Small pool. small car park. Parking. No closed cupboards for hanging clothes. Need to call taxi to get to town cost 100bht each way Besides beach no other facilities - have to get to restaurants and Bars by taxi. 1.The room is too high. Even though it is located in the private beach, other people outside can come to use your private beach. 2. Suite bedroom which I stayed, you should allow to stay 3 persons without extra charge of extra bed for family target group as well. If you can do a favor for the family customer, you will get more customers and sales here. Little bit far away from the city center, and not easy to look for a taxi. Facilities are little bit old. The swimming pool is quit small... Flies all around in the breakfast area. Firstly, I was given a room I did not book, however, after a good fight I got the room I wanted, the suite I actually saw picture and booked in letsbookhotel.com. No service whatsoever. No room service. No proper parking space. My last night there, a group of teenagers stayed above my room and played loud music at 2 am., even though I complained, nothing was done.
