Everything! The service is amazing with everything covered (even before you've really thought about it!) The room had breathtaking views from the enormous balcony whilst the room itself (Grand Seaview Penthouse) had two large bedrooms and a massive open plan kitchen/living area. The pool was just as great with awesome views. Location wise its far away enough from the craziness but still close enough by taxi or scooter. The restaurant in the resort also offers delicious food at very reasonable p.

The friendly staff. Incredible view. Spacious rooms. Location was far enough from Thong Sala to feel remote; yet, close enough to reach by taxi for shopping and massages. Did I mention the friendly staff!?. The hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredible very helpful, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the pool was beautiful. The restaurant serves great food at good prices! You must visit!!. i liked everything about the hotel, the staff were very friendly and kind. facilities were amazing and a very good value for money. definitely would go again. Everything was great. Not a walking distance to any of the attraction points. neither the spa nor restaraunt were open. I think they operated on a minimal staff during slow season between full moon parties. pool hours were minimal. make you sign for pool towels and pay a $1000 Baht key deposit. not that big of a deal but feels strange. Its like they try to be upscale but are afraid to. the building outside needs some work (updating). some things in the room need more attention, like there were a lot of dirty stains on the pillows on the chairs and on the curtains. Room was open plan including the bathroom so not much privacy! Also you can't flush paper down the toilet.
