A very nice place with a special atmosphere where you feel yourself very comfortable and cosy. Staff is very attentive (hello, Alex! :)), once they see you - always try to help. Very nice view, quite and peaceful. Shopping and bar zone and 2 beaches (Bang Tao and Surin) in the neighborhood - 10 minutes by walk. You can enjoy the beach and the countryside both. It is like to be at your home , rooms are large and well furnished , was surprised to have flat screen tv , dvd , coffe maker and minibar for such great prices . The hotel is just on a new management and really can see the supper and all efforts that the new manager is doing to please the clients .
all reviews » The staff were fantastic. The Manager went out of his way to make arrangements for my taxi to the airport. The pool is amazing and the loungers were even more inviting than the beach. I would definitely recommend his to anyone who is looking for a pampered break from the busy side of Phuket. The friendly atmosphere, the manager was so helpful, gave us the correct price to pay for items at the markets and gave us a lift to the scooter hire center. i like that it was not right on the beach, it was so quite and made for fun scooter adventuring. brilliant. doesnt have a fault. all the staff are faultless. manager - will. best hotel manager we've had and we're away for 8 months!. Without them I'm not sure we would have made it to Koh Samui the following day. The pool was lovely and they gave us breakfast in take away containers because we had to leave first thing. I would have liked to have stayed here longer. I liked everything!. Missing the spa but not a big deal considering that nearby there are few massage places. The beach is a little further than anticipated but makes for an interesting walk. the telephone number on letsbookhotel.com is incorrect so our taxi driver couldnt call the hotel to get directions. nothing!. Nothing. little away from the bustle of the city and beach, no restaurant,. Water in shower could have been warmer Dogs barking at rear of property.
