We love In Touch Resort. Our room was beautiful and so comfy with a lovely little patio area to sit out in. The room although a fan room was never too hot as the fan was really powerful. The resort is at the quiet, clean and more beautiful part of Sairee Beach. The restaurant is beautiful with comfy cushion/beds on the balcony part where you can sit and watch the sunrise. All the staff there are really friendly. We loved it so much we are going back there to stay another 5 nights after we finis.
all reviews » The hotel is in a really good location, between the ferry piers and the bar area in Sairee Beach, 10 minutes walking to everywhere. We stayed in a bungalow, very fancy and relaxing, clean and comfortable. The resort restaurant is really good and cheap, but don't expect big dishes. Renting a motorbike for going around the island is a great option, and there are lots of places next to the hotel where you can find it. Also diving schools really close, and the beach is right across the street. The location was brilliant, close enough to Sairee beach, it's ON Sairee beach but far away that the music from bars isn't too loud. About 30 sec walk and you're on a beach. The bungalow was modest sized with a comfy bed, was paranoid there would be mozzies in the bathroom but I didn't see any. Was clean! the best part was being so close to such an amazing restaurant. Brilliant food. Have some pancakes, delicious! We ate there for breakfast and dinner! would definitely stay here again!. In Touch resort was our favorite stay during our 3 weeks in Thailand. The bungalows are colorful and charming, they have a nice table and chairs outside for relaxation, and they are situated just a few steps from the beach. The restaurant overlooking the ocean is also near paradise. Awesome food, relaxing vibe, and easy to meet other travelers. In Touch resort was just perfect for our needs - I just wish we had stayed longer. Lovely Aow, the manager, doing everything she can to oblige guests. Location, so close to the ocean you can hear the tide at night and enjoy your lunch with a fabulous view (not to close to night parties noise though), not to mention the food (among the best in the "oldies" of Koh Tao). For those obsessed with being connected to a screen while being in such a beautiful place: wifi now functions in the bungalows. Location is calm and excellent, I don't know about the nice bungalows but we stayed in standard suites and the room is spacy, clean and comfortable with airconditioning. Beds are comfortable as well but may be a little bit hard for other people. The restaurant is amazing and offers a wide variety of dishes for a unbeatable price. Breakfast directly at the beach was astonishing. the resort is on the beachfront so there are no long walks to the beach. the staff is very friendly. the rooms wih ac are very modern and clean. shops and bars are near. you can book a lot of things on the reception, e.g transfer to several destinations like koh phi phi and koh samui. there is no noise from the streets. Excellent service, we rented a concrete bungalow, but there's was a problem with the reservation so we got bumped to a studio room for the same price straight away. In touch restaurant is one of the best on the beach walk and not too pricy for that matter. English: very nice and clean room. we loved the hotel's restaurant, located on the beach (very calm place and tasty food) отличный номер(чистый, уютный). Our room was very modern and there is a nice restaurant / bar on the beach. It is a 15 minute walk to the ferries along a single track road, so save yourself some beer money when you get off the ferry. Lady who works in the office was the friendliest lady I have ever met. The one thing I can pick out is there is only wifi on the restaurant (but it's very fast connection) but you don't really need it on such a beautiful island so it's not really a negative point. Low wifi signal in the room, almost none. The bathroom had a funny collection of animals, from ants to cockroaches to a big gecko, but that's normal in the island i guess. They don't clean the room unless you told them to. My wife and I didn't mind it, but you if you're afraid of lizards and small animals, you may be a little weary of the bathroom. We saw at least a couple of small lizards crawling on the walls (coming through the cracks in the ceiling). You are near a small "jungle" though, and right on the beach, so this did not surprise or bother us. There was nothing to my dislike. The rooms did not offer mosquito nets so you may bring your owns, though we didn't had to fight many of them. room with fan has an open bathroom so there is a possibility for insects to crawl inside, also the room is very hot even when the fan is on. Some problems with the toilet and low water pressure, nothing big :-). English 1) wi-fi connection was very bad 2) we couldn't swim on the beach because they were a lot of corals in the water 1) невозможно было подключиться к wifi 2) покупаться на пляже не удалось (вся вода была устална непроходимыми кораллами). - Wifi only in the lobby - Cleaning is ok and very acceptable, but could still be improved. Powerless shower.We stayed 2 nights and room has not been made up. But I really would recommend this hotel. Wifi only in restaurant and was only ok in reliability stakes. no wifi in the rooms. There was a serious issue with the drainage in our bathroom and the smell was unbearable. No help with luggage to rooms as there is at other resorts. Cant fault it. All was ok. We booked a superior bungalow but it was not very clean and the bathroom was disgusting. No hot shower as advertised. no wifi in the room. At that price breakfast could have been included but i never got a hotel with breakfast in Thailand. It might be their thing... The only thing that I did not like was the shower, it doesn´t have enough pressure. No wifi, quite dark. A few Mosquitos but it is thailand. Wish the room had an armoire or a dresser to store clothes. Shower was just a trickle of cold water. Rooms never felt clean after the cleaners were in, towels were only changed once during a 7 night stay, hand towels weren't changed at all. There is nothing that I am unhappy with. No WiFi in the rooms but only at the restaurant. Wi-Fi was inconsistent and only ran in the restaurant for part of the day. Bed sheets had a few stains when we arrived. No aircon, staff didnt clean the room during our stay. Breakfast not included. Manager was good when he was around, restaurant staff need to be a bit more helpful when manager isn't there. Bit overpriced. Room not cleaned everyday despite leaving key as requested. Outside space needed tidying up. Shower is not very powerful but this is really if we want to find a nevative aspect. Pillows on bed very lumpy, burn holes in the sheets, a/c very weak and ineffectual. I didn't really care, but there was no television in my room. showers were low pressure. Nope. The restuarant was a bit expensive and slow. Not really personal. But there are lots of other restaurants nearby. Water pressure was poor. Bathroom - No hot water. there was little time.
