  Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a great room with a balcony with magnificent alpine views. Good breakfast (including fine coffee, lovely local cheese and eggs boiled to order!).   the room is spacious. located in a good location. easy access to restaurants, shops, bus station, supermarket. It feels like home. The place is clean. Staff are very friendly. We've bought a bottle of wine and need a corkscrew, the bar is happy to even open it for us. Check in/out is easy. the chalet has a access code for late return to the chalet... what people say » . Perfect for our stay. The lady even allows us to use her computer to print our boarding pass. Breakfast is simple but good. - The location is fantastic. The bar is great. The staff are friendly, helpful, multi-lingual.. Breakfast is really very good. The room is comfortable, the ability of having a bath is valuable.

  Fantastic multi lingual staff who were very helpful. As others have said it's not got a great social space, but if you fancy a day in (weather or whatever) there is a nice fireplace by some comfy sofas. Location is perfect and rooms are well appointed, if a little dated. (I actually quite like the wood panelling). There is also a spacious car park... what people say » . Best of the city centre hotels and I try and stay here each time I'm in Verbier - It's right in the centre of Verbier, close to everything. The Hotel is not luxurious, but it does not pretend to be. It is the perfecct place for snow skiiers to go who are more interested in skiing than being pampered. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. I had a great time.

  I stayed here for 3 nights whilst running the Trail Verbier St Bernard race in July. The hotels location is excellent being very close to the centre. My room was clean and comfortable, bed was fine and everything working shower, TV ect, good views as well. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, due to availability i had to check out for ... what people say » one night and check back in again 2 days later, the staff at the Poste kindly arranged to collect my bags for me on my return. Difficult to find any f - This hotel had the most comfortable comforters. They were very heavy down. The pool was also nice to be able to use, although I'm not sure it's open year round. We stayed the last weekend of June and the pool was open, but the restaurant wasn't. The views from our balcony were quite decent. It was not unobstructed, but we could still see the hillside of Verbier and other mountain tops. They were also dog friendly. The location was 5 minutes from where the bus let us off.

Melanie deserves a raise for her super help and welcoming, smiley personality. Marta was incredibly caring and helpful too when my friend sustained an injury (doctor's office right next door!). All of the shuttle drivers such as Tom really helped make the trip - going out of their - The hotel closed and I got upgraded to a suite in the nevai hotel next door. Fabulous!
