There is a breakfast buffet with sparkling wine, fine cuisine and an interesting choice of wines in the Altana's restaurant. Lactose-free and gluten-free food is available as well. During summer, it is possible to enjoy meals on the terrace of the hotel. Underground parking is available at an additional charge and free parking is possible in front of the house. From May until November, guests benefit from the Engadin Scuol Mobil Card, which includes the use of many cable cars in region.

Very kind staff, room clean and nice, right price, good position in front of the rail station, good and plentiful food for breakfast. Good food at the hotel restaurant too. No time restrictions for eating: We had lunch at 3 pm. At 10 am a chambermaid will try to open your room door even if the check out time is planned till 11 am so you will have to start dealing your way out!.

Travelling information

From the North of Switzerland: Zurich, St. Gallen you drive in the direction of Chur. At Landquart, follow the street to Davos. At Klosters you can load your car on to the car train through the Vere-ina-tunnel or at summer times you can drive to Davos and over the Flüela Pass. After the tunnel or the Pass you follow the signs Scuol. When you come to the roundabout at Scuol, leave the round-about to the left and you will be at the Altana.
From Austria you cross Landeck in Tirol direction "Schweiz/St. Moritz". When you come to the roundabout at Scuol you turn to the right and the Altana is 200 meters ahead of you.
From Meran you drive over the Reschenpass or Passo di Résia. At Nauders you turn left towards Schweiz/Martina. At Martina you drive in the direction of St. Moritz and at the roundabout at Scuol you turn right.
