  Centrally located, the hotel is recently renovated. The receptionist speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and tastefully appointed, featuring even a jacuzzi bathtub. We had a superior suit with a magnicent view of the hills.   Very friendly people running the hotel, and made us totally feel at home. The room was very rustic, but comfortable to us. The dinner at the hotel was fantastic. - The owner is excellent. Had to modify our trip and he moved our day without any penalty.

  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Cheerful staff checked us in and after hearing that I was celebrating my birthday sent a complementary fruit ... what people say » platter and bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

  We were welcome by a team of wonderful staff going out of their way to make us feel comfortable - they even supplied us with an additional room free of charge because ther was no twin room left for an elderly couple travelling with us.
