Newly renowated rooms - very fresch and clean in rustical style. Very friendly staff (especially waiter Antonio) despite some languague limitations - the staff mainly Italian speaking with very poor Germa... what people say » n and English. Good SPA. - Location in lovely Pontresina and access to ski areas of St Moritz and Engardine Valley. Nice Spa (adults only) and swimming for the children was good. Good heathly breakfasts in nice surroundings.

  hospitality was top notch! very helpful and prompt staff. the swimming and therapy facilities were very nice to spend the day in after a long day of skiing. the amenities that this hotel has to offer is bar none, a 4 or 5 star rating! - The spa facilities are fantastic and just the cure for tired muscles after a hard day of skiing

  I had a perfect stay in Cresta Sun Hotel (I booked Cresta but due to overbooking we were moved to Cresta Sun). Dinner was delicious and breakfast as well. All the staff was really kind and nice.
