We were staying in the hotel for a sporting event nearby and were incredibly impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated that they waited for us to arrive after our flight was delayed. The building has fantastic history and the rooms were far above our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel. -

Luzern is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our time there. We had a good
sized room and the staff were very helpful. Parking is underneath the
hotel. It was a better than the average Ibis. The train station is only
a 7 min walk from the hotel and it takes only 4 min to get into Luzern.
The hotel is only a short drive from the Mt Pilatus cable car.
