They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

We spent to nights at the hotel while in Lucern and had a brillianttime. Staff was very caring, room (the cheapest one) was on the 5thfloor with nice view over the city. Location is perfect - we could goeverywhere on foot. I really recommand this place to anyone who likemodern architecture! - the staff treatment and the strange furniture

This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. It is really good value for money in Switzerland! Moreover it is not so far from main sightseenigs. The rooms have air conditions, tv and wifi. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is the same as you can see from the hotel's pictures. Many people wrote that rooms were small and it's inconvenient. I think that for 1-3 nights it's ok. It is a place to spend nights because the rest of the time you will walk around this wonderful city - Luzern!
