We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. ... what people say » tion and staff life Michael not to miss this one. - The staff at the hotel are lovely and are helpful with directions and ideas of what to do in the area. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

The staff was very helpful, they gave me free bus passes for the city bus. Told me exactly how to get to several waterfalls. Extremely friendly and the cheapest place I could find in the area.
