  This hotel was the best hotel in my whole trip to Switzerland, the room,the staff, the view from my room and every thing was great... I went tosee most of the other hotels that were recomended to me before but Ireally realized that I made the right choice .... setting in the balconyfacing the river and the moutains was more than enough ..... - Exce... what people say » llent hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here. The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially liked the afternoon cake and tea that was included in the rate. The breakfast is far better than at most hotels I've stayed at. The hotel reception was extremely helpful and even helped us arrange our day trip.

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.
