  I feel quite fortunate to have stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel situated in the alpine village of Wengen. The staff are all excellent, friendly and helpful and really made our stay even better. I like the fact that Hotel Caprice is not a large hotel because the service feels much more personal. We appreciated the privacy and quietness of the surroundings - The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

  Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is at walking distance from "downtown" and at a 5 minutes drive from the ski lift.   Excellent hotel. It was just remodeled and in perfect condition. The owners were outstanding and very helpful with sites to see in the area. - The friendly and helpful staff who made us very welcome, and the excellent service and accommodation we enjoyed there.

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

  Despite the fact that there wasn't a lift, the young kitchen hand took our very heavy suitcases up to our room. The staff also took our luggage to the station for us (it was only a short distance, but the footpath was wet and slippery on that morning). The room was excellent and well appointed. Having a restaurant on site that served excellent foo... what people say » d was a great advantage. They also provided wireless and internet access and were able to print out our rail tickets. The staff and proprietress were - We enjoyed the welcome, the beautifully cooked evening meals, including a lovely crocodile Thai soup! Delicious. It was part of some Australian specials. There were also many Swiss dishes on the menu. The breakfast buffet was good with perfectly cooked boiled eggs. The location was perfect for train to Wengen or to drive to other places. Ursula was very attentive as we're all her staff. The bedrooms were good and the beds extremely comfortable. Very clean. We will return in the spring.

Jean-Louis (the owner) and his son Christopher are most friendly andwelcoming hosts. My room had tv, en-suite facilities and a balcony(recently refurbished) with excellent views of the Jungfrau. Wifiinternet access is available in all rooms for Sfr10/hour.
