  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

  The hotel was excellent. From check in, John gave us warm welcome and gave us all information we need. The room was very comfortable with excellent view. We had dinner at the hotel and both food and service were outstanding! Breakfast was simple but enough to fill you up. Check out was excellent.
