  Clean, quiet room, comfortable bed, fresh and modern hotel decor, reliable high speed Internet, lobby snack bar, convenient to trains and International airport, free airport shuttle bus, exceptionally friendly staff - Room was good, bathroom also. Breakfest really nice and service perfect.

  The staff = friendly and helpful.Even though we had a booking for 3rooms, we changed it upon arrival to 2 rooms only due to one person whocouldn't make it.The Hotel understood the situation and didn't charge usfor that room. Where the other Hotel where we stayed after the Swissotelcharged us for one night of the extra room.
