From 01 January 2017, hotel guests receive a free public transport ticket for Lucerne upon arrival. This ticket is valid for all buses and trains within ticket zone 10 in 2nd class throughout the complete stay, including arrival and departure day.

Stunning lake views from our quality room and patio, Good resturant and room service, Very helpful an polite staff. The local ferryboat and padal-steamer from the front of the hotel was a great bonus and all added for relaxing getting about in comfort. We will definately be visiting this hotel again in the future. The hotel is situaded in the wonderful place. It's near from Lucern, only 10 minutes by bus. The staff are very polite. The hotel's restaurant is great. Then, everything it was amazing.

Please inform the hotel if you are travelling with children and include their age. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from May to September. From 24 November 2016 to 02 January 2017, guests can receive a voucher from reception entitling them to use the "Live on Ice" ice rink in front of the KKL Luzern including a pair of skates free of charge.
