I stayed at Geneva's busiest time and it was competitive. If it offers lower rates, the hotel obviously can't offer super everything but the things that were important to me - clean, newish bathroom, comfortable bed, good (continental) breakfast and fast free wifi in the rooms were all there. -

The rooms are adecuate and very clean, typical of Swiss standard. The restaurant is very good, it offers a set menu for CHF 32, which for Geneva is a good price. I liked the location on a quiet street but in the hub of the Old City.

The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -
