It was clean and had large windows you could open, so even though there was no air conditioning, it was ok even in Aug. We really liked the facilities offered at the hotel, eg. Freetea/coffee station, gym, laundry facilities, great breakfast, easyaccess to station - Good access to the train station and old town including restaurants, bars and shopping. Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower. It is more for the business world. -

My husband was ill and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Our stay had to be extended and this was arranged easily to meet our every need. - Staff we met were really friendly and could not be more helpful. Hotel well placed to get public transport into bern.
