It really felt like "home." The owners are the loveliest people! The room was nice and clean and quiet, the location is amazing -- right in the old town, just up from the Piazza Grande. Breakfast very nice. WiFi good (better if you bring a cable to plug in). Nice little room with coffee/tea and TV and a beautiful little courtyard area. :) Would definitely come back to this hotel!!

  The warm friendly hosts, Urs and Barbara who welcomed us from day one. They were very helpful accommodating all our needs even providing an Italian coffee maker. Location is excellent, in the old part of the city. Perfect if you like historic buildings and winding streets. It is close to shops and it is possible to walk from the station.   We arrived very much later than we planned and the hosts let us eat pasta with them as it was too late to find a restaurant. They gave us loads of tips of what to see and they were incredibly lovely. A rare experience! Thank you Maria and Claudio!
