  We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite. Loved having breakfast brought to our room allowing us to sleep until a little later. Than... what people say » ks. Big bathroom with great showers (2) - The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

  What a great hotel! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, with nice decor. We had a wonderful view down the river, and overlooking wonderful Zurich. Located only 1 block from the train station, so it is very handy. We would stay there again :-) - Location - walk from the station (no need for taxi) and you are... what people say » next to the old town.   efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.
