Very good location which is just next to the train station.
Helpful staff and they speak excellent English.
The hostel is very new with good facility.
Very cozy room and common area.
Dinner supplied not really expensive taking the price of food in Switzerland into account. But if you don‘t want to pay, you can bring your own stuff and a microwave oven is provided for free.
Everything is very clean.

great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

Best hotel ever!!!
Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good.
Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.

I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her... They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.
