I came to explore Arosa prior to the ski season, and I'm very glad I selected this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, with an excellent spa, helpful, friendly personnel, and very handy for the rail station and gondola to Weisshorn. In fact, I have already booked this hotel again! I look forward to trying the hotel's restaurants in-season, when they are open. Very nice and helpfull reception and other employes. Nice room (upgraded!) with view on the lake and the mountains.
