  Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is at walking distance from "downtown" and at a 5 minutes drive from the ski lift. We're also totally coming back! - This is a family hotel with excellent location, awesome bar & barman, succulent breakfast, etc. Great atmosphere in general... we're totally coming ... what people say » back!

  Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Facilities were amazing, indoor and outdoor pools with a jacuzzi, sauna a... what people say » reas, steam room, massage rooms, relaxation room.. - A very high quality, and comfortable hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!
