Helpful staff. There are no laundrettes in Luleå, but the hotel owner arranged for my clothes to be washed in the hotel's washing machine. The hotel only has a limited number of private parking spaces, but the hotel owner provided me with a tourist parking card so that I could park my car for free just outside the hotel door.
I found the guest kitchen very useful during my stay.

The staff was so accommodating. She gave me information on a variety of
topics, but most importantly, she got me to Råneå where my relatives
came from, by making phone calls on my behalf. They also were happy to
store my suitcase when I arrived on the 6:30 am train.
Real free fast internet in the room. A vending machine for coffee, tea,
water and cakes. All this is available all the day and free of charge.
Friendly and kind staff and very clean rooms. Very well located for shopping and start your winter activities.

A shower is without a cabin, only curtain divides the toilet room, so
all water remains on the floor of the toilet room (typical Swedish
