The Parador’s restaurant specialises in typical dishes from the surrounding region of Asturias, including stew and exquisite cheeses. These dishes can be accompanied by the area’s famous poured cider.

Hotel information details

The monastery was run by the Order of San Benito until 1835. During the refurbishment process, archaeological excavations were carried out – the historically significant findings are on display within the hotel.

In the local area you can visit a bridge dating from Roman times, the historic Santa Cruz chapel and the magnificent Picos de Europa National Park.
