Staying at Torre del Prior was possibly the nicest hotel experience I've had in 30 years of extensively travelling the world. The people who run it went so far beyond their duties to help us that I will not being able to thank them enough. We now live in the area and they are still helping us. We felt like we lived there right away. The place itself, is a flawlessly renovated historic tower set in the most incredible landscape and is reason enough to make a visit. The rooms are a very tastefu.
all reviews » Beautifully restored morish tower with well decorated design rooms. Nice bathrooms and.... very practical, well equiped kitchen. Two very friendly, helpfull brothers run the place. Good base for hiking and biking. Very quiet, so a good night's rest is guaranteed. Nice art on the walls also..... Beautiful historical building has recently been tastefully restored. The rooms are well appointed, large, warm with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was superb,contemporary decor with a lovely walk- in shower. I would definitely go back there. The whole experience once we arrived. The booking information stated that reception was open from 15:00 till 22:00 so we were a bit put out that the place was locked up when we arrived just after 15:00. We had to phone a mobile number that was posted on the door and wait for someone to come and let us in. On the day we were leaving we were unable to have a shower as there was no hot water. It would have been nice to have a few sunloungers around the pool but this did not spoil our stay. Nothing. nada. Dining room resembled a canteen. difficult to find. Difficult to find and poor signage.
