the receptionist was friendly and booked us in quickly.The bed was very comfortable and as a town centre hotel was convenient for shops and harbour area.the bathroom is very modern with a sink within the room and a separate wet room with a very powerful shower.The breakfast is very spainish but it is a spainish hotel so dont moan about an english breakfast. all reviews » The Hotel has been recently upgraded to a very high standard. The Hotel also allowed me to have my small Dog accompany me, this was essential as this facility is not so common now at other Hotels. Hotel Parking was very convenient and also essential for me. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English. Clean and bright rooms. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Great choice for breakfast. Very central to all amenities. Definitely recommend for a great stay in Torrevieja. It is currently under renovation and is looking very good as a result. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. 2 mins walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Booked very last minute and was very pleased. the location was perfect. You where near to the beach and same time you where in the city. There wasn't much storage in the rooms. We were staying for a week and would have needed more wardrobe space. Apart from that all was good. Moust I miss the place where I can listen to latino music . no tea or coffee available in room missed this. Breakfast, self service is only medium value and it sits around under the heat lamps for so long all gets dried out. Pillows are rubbish, half the size of the pillowcase and the worst quality polyester. - take your own if going by car. No frwsh milk with breakfast with cereal so take your own but very minor negative. The room we had was quite noisy from traffic below balcony. Pool area was used by the employees and their family and friends, noisy and did not adhere to the rules for when it should be used. Several times late at night. No lounge and/or bar facilities. During our stay there were on going works within the hotel and swimming pool area. Loud grinding and power tool noise all day from early in the morning. Looked like works are going to be going on for sometime as the workmen were chatting around the pool and talking to the lifeguard. No tea or coffee in the room with a kettle. That the en-suite was open plan. Our view from the room was not pleasant. We looked out onto a drained swimming pool and scattered chairs everywhere, and on-going works. It was quite noise in the corridors. No Bar in the hotel and only Restaurant open for breakfast. No kettle in the room. Did not get the large double bed we asked for. Don´t like 2 singles. The water in the room was cold and I had to report it also the fridge did not work. The fridge was replaced and the hot water was re-instated. The swimming pool was disgusting and a green scum covered some of the tiles - I'm sure the water quality of the pool was not dangerous. Also both pool-side showers had disgusting scum in them are were slippery and dangerous. Your company should inspect this hotel before there is an accident or some sickness from the pool. internet extra. shower basin was so shallow that to shower was to flood the floor. Only hotel where i couldnt find reception number on phone. Big difference in ragards to the level of staff being service minded. Some very good some very poor.
