Set in the heart of Tarragona’s old town, this value hotel is ideal for a visit to this charming Catalan city.
The Hostal Noria is conveniently located in Plaça de la Font, a long pedestrianised square which forms the city’s focal point. From here, all of Tarragona’s historic monuments are just a short walk away. Outside the city you will find a range of beautiful beaches and the Port Aventura theme park in nearby Salou.

The location and our balcony opened out on to the plaza. Wasnt sure whatto expect from a hostel but we stayed in a total of 3 different hotelswhile in spain and this was 1 of the nicest. Would definately recommend. It was a greate experince! Good price, centrally located; Adviseto everyone!. Extremely good value. Rooms simple but comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Bathrooms seem recently refurbished. Excellent location for exploring the Old Town. Staff do not speak English but are helpful. all reviews »
nice room for a very good price.
. centre of town. Had no expectations as was cheap and there were no customer reviews available as was new. However, turned out to be a really good hostel, excellent value for money. Location perfect if able to sleep in a noisy place!. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Staff friendly. Good value and location couldnt have been better. Location of hotel. Basic but clean. Great rate!. location, price, newly renovated bathroom. great location and helpfull staff. Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Seeing Tarragona. It is a cheap and basic hotel at a cheap and basic price. If you want a bit of luxury then go somewhere else. If you want a base right in the very heart of old Tarragona, it is fine. No ventilation in the bathroom, so there was a damp smell there and you had to open its door, which let moist air get into the room. The hotel room and toilet have been renovated to new. The location. did not notice there was no soap ih the room ,found out the following morning you had to ask at reception ( bar) for it liquid sachet. The only thing that comes to mind now was that asked for a double bed but got two single beds..The staff do not speak English to well, but this was no problem. Right on the square during festival week - Loud music into the morning. Not really a negative but meant for younger crowd. Very very hot - no breeze.there was no TV in my room, though it was advertised to be. The heating was central and turned on when it got dark, but the heat was not enough. Noise from the bar-cafe downstairs in my room was heard. To enter the hostel I had to pass through the cafe full of smoke as smoking in cafes is allowed in Spain. too much noise in the morning, when rooms were cleaned from 8 am.No supply of soap, the room was cleaned to poor standards, hotel islocated at a noisy area (still good as it has activity at night), valuefor money was great but Air Conditioning is needed in a hot city likeTarragona in August. The entrance is the same as the cafe-restaurant and last but not least the airconditioning or ventilator lacks.A nightmare.on internet price was 55 euros plus promotionof 50%discount (22 euros) after i saw how z hotel was, checkedr the regular price announced in the hotel it was 22 euros. no entrance, you pass inside a long low class bar all the way to find stairs,no reception, elevator from z 1st floor,no english, very noisy, rooms are corridors(very small n dirty). We booked double bed and got 2 singles, hotel staff was cleaning at 7.30am making a lot of noise, and they didn't listen to us when we asked about the double bed.
