On arriving the hotel reception staff went above and beyond and saved me 200 euros on the room. A triple room had been booked instead of a twin so they sorted it to get the price down. The cleaners were in everyday with fresh towels and the bar staff were friendly. Location was a short walk to the west end as we were there for a clubbing holiday once getting in it was nice and quiet for a good sleep. The staff work tirelessly to help the guests be as comfortable as possible from the 'hit squad' of chambermaids who return sanity to your room each day in a matter of minutes, the very professional bar staff and the reception staff who were their when we needed help. Rooms great...clean, contempary design, just the right size, with balconies too. Nice and quiet location but within a 5min walk of cafe del mar. 5mins to the West End if you want to go there. It's situated in a quality area with some nice little bars and restaurants. Plus two mins from Cala Gracio and Graciento beaches...top places to chillout, beautiful too. If you want a chilled out holiday then this hotel is absolutely perfect. . An absolutely fantastic hotel that exceeded expectations (and we were already expecting it to be great after reading other reviews). We could not fault anything, all staff were attentive and friendly. Everyone made every effort to ensure that the holiday was relaxing. The staff where lovely, the rooms are modern and clean with great TV's and loads of channels. The breakfast had a large selection however the quality was not great, the dinner's where brilliant and stunning however drinks are not included so be prepared to have to pay out for that. The pool was clean and large with a outdoor Jacuzzi which did not work and was not heated but to be honest we had a great holiday because of this hotel and I cant wait to go back. I've stayed in San Antonio on several occasions and this is by far the best place I've stayed. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely and having the extra space in the garden meant everyone wasn't on top of each other. The location is little bit far away from the bus station where everyone take the bus to go to the clubs. But this is great if you want to sleep well, because in another Hotels you probably will met a lot of young british people, and yes, they make a lot of noise. Coffee machine at breakfast - poor tasting coffee. Pool area was very quiet, a little too much so. Everything else was perfect for the money it cost. I had half board formula, i saved a lot of money (bar & restaurants are very expensive in Ibiza) but the food quality was quite poor. there's nothing to complain about except the system they are using on the reception's pc's, you have to log off to connect your hard disk or camera device, the morning shift's receptionist helped us to do it. The pool is freezing cold! I know it is May and this wouldn't be a problem in the summer months!. We didn't like San Antonio. Beaches are rocky and too far. The pool might be larger. There seemed to be a bit of trouble with the lift during our stay but now an issue for us really except for moving heavy luggage to go home. I wish I'd gone to Ibiza 30 years ago. The Wifi would not stay connected for more than about 30 seconds, and sometimes would not connect at all. Pool was a little cold. Food by the pool was not great. Nothing bad to say!. The food quality should be better but it is fine. Would of loved a double bed that was the only problem. only one thing - the pool was too cold. The west end was dirty and not safe. The beds were extremely firm. Breakfast is the worst thing. The mattresses are not confortable. Nothing !. Nothing.
