Excellent apartment -- freshly renovated and nice. Approx 45 sqm with 2
bedrooms, a bathroom with tub (nice for small children + washing
clothes) and a well equippet kitchenette with eating table, stove and
fridge+freezer. Coffee machine, toaster and flat screen tv as well.
Excellent to be placed at the ground floor where doors open directly to
the terrrace, which extends onto a small lawn. Perfect for small
children, and the fact that the pool was surrounded by a tall and solid

Liszt -Location is perfect. 1 minute from the beach. Near to a superb
restaurant, Anno Domini, certainly the very best in Gran Canaria that I
have been to. Amnd very close to a Spar that sells a great selection of
Local Cheeses, figs, guarapo - really wow food. Tiny takeaway that does
polo (herbs and spices) canarian style and beautiful salads. Liszt
apartment is all you could need, sheltered sunbathing, a wee pool, wifi,
SkyNews, clean, pots/pans etc. And the people in charge are really
wonder. A very friendly place with great host reliable and professional. We have loved every minute of the stay. Wished could have shared it with friends. More for a young couple as basic but super nice tidy clean and all you need to have some time in the sun as well as a great base for tours away- mountains, Las Palmas etc. Not too touristy and certainly preferable to Maspalomas! Las Burras Beach is tranquil and has great rocks so sunbath on!.
The apartments are close to spar ,the beach,bus-stops,restaurants ,about
half hour in taxi from airport 35 euro inc tip......I Have no complaints
and will go back.

Playa y comercios muy cerca, limpieza приличные апартаменты, почти всё
есть, отличный пляж рядом.
It would have been nice with a little adjustment to the cleaning
schedule. (Every day not necessary, but maybe every 2nd just to take out
litter, check the need for new towels etc. would be great.)
Somebody may be bothered by traffic noise on the North side (opposite of the garden), but to us this was no problem.

Ruido 24h en todas estancias, carretera por un lado (10m), camiones de
servicio y basura de las 5 a las 8 de la maniana, autobuses dando
vuelta... очень шумно, шоссе с одной стороны, грузовые машины
обслуживания, мусорки с 5-ти утра, большого отеля напротив.
