Kind and helpful staff, frequent tidying almost every day, great location close to the biggest shopping center of resort Puerto Rico, no need to stomp up and down on stairways to reach your hotel, rational distance from local beach for a walk, also from bus station, interesting layout of bungalows on three levels and hotel pool between them, comfortable bed mattresses (for us), sufficient amount of kitchen tools and kitchenette itself, fair strength of wifi signal in our bungalow/apartment, si.
all reviews » Clean.. Brilliant staff.. Tino bar Man works so hard and is so entertaining. Spotless pool area. Shallow pool perfect for kids. Peaceful even though you are beside the shopping centre you can only expect minor disruption. We loved the apartments. Cheap central clean with two English channels the staff are the best. Beds comfortable . lovely bathrooms great shower I can't reccommend enough. I liked the fact that the bungalows...: - are opposite to the Puerto Rico Shopping Center (convenient for shopping groceries, dining out, windows shopping, gaming for children, etc) - are located only 10 mins away from Puerto Rico Beach (which is so much cleaner than Amadores!) - have the swimming pool located in a way that receives sun almost all day - have a very friendly staff. I liked everything about it, was right next to the shopping center, easy to find from the main road. good parking facilities, internet only works in reception area, which is good, so you are not online all time when you are on holiday, will book same place next time i go to Gran Canaria.... Staff were very friendly, apartments cleaned every day. Location is great although could be a bit noisy for some people. Would definitely go back. Excellent location to bars,restaurants and beach Friendly welcoming staff . Housekeeping also very good. Fab location,amazing friendly and helpful staff! Everything. In particular the price and location. Everything was close by, shops bars restuarants. best place ever to stay in beside everything. Very closed to the shoppingcenter. everything. A little bit noisy till late night due to tumult from number of entertainment places, locating in the shopping center, some furnishing of apartments needs to be renovated, configuration of double bed witch is actually two single beds pushed together, but on some occasions they do not stay together, as you know:-). The only issue is there is like 20 steps up to the pool or second level of apartments...If you can't manage stairs this hotel may not suit you but I managed the stairs with a broken ankle and they were easily navigated. ...and because it's located just opposite the Puerto Rico Shopping Center, it's: - a bit difficult to find a parking spot (there's paid parking lot and you can get a monthly subscription for EUR 40) - noisy, so better take your earplugs with you and problem solved Also it can be very hot at night and the bungalow hasn't airco/fan, but you can rent a fan, just talk to reception. Pool area wasnt great. The pool was completely fenced all around with like a plastic surround, you had to use a gate to enter and exit the pool. I would imagine it was there for safety reasons. The pool bar and snack area wasn't open for the time we were there, maybe out of season. Steps could cause problems for less able bodied. i did not like the bedrooms as was two single beds which u had to push together in a very small room suited more for family than 4 abults. love everything :-). The only thing was the pillows which I found very hard.. No parasol on balcony so unable to sit outside after 2pm, it's way to hot, didn't like the sun beds round the pool no mattresses and those slatted hard plastic ones.other than that its great. Beds not very comfy. at front a bit noisy in the morning shops deliveries ect. but was sleeping with windows open.
