Good buffet breakfast, lovely pool, brilliant location about a 4 minute walk down to the bay with all the cafes and restaurants. Reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English (as well as German due to the majority of guests being German!). Use of wireless was extra (9 Euros for 3 days use), but I was expecting this anyway. TV had BBC 1, 2, News, Eurosport (in German) so good for catching up on news before bed...
all reviews » The hotel meets all expectations. Don't expect a design-room, but the hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast buffet is much better than what is on offer in other Spanish hotels. What deserves mentioning is that the staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The perfect hotel for a low-budget vacation and an ideal location to discover the west/north coast of Mallorca and it's mountains. Amazing mountain top location with lovely views and great steps down to the Port and access to restaurants. Great large widescreen tv with good range of German & English channels. Breakfast choice and setting (sit outside) lovely. Lovely pool & views. Good hotel with really nice pool area and an amazing roof terrace with view over the little town. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with different things. Free wifi in the lobby area. The airco is too outdated, you have to put it really hard to have an effect which makes it quite uncomfortable (but it's still okay) We stayed in a room just below the breakfast area and the moving of chairs was noticeable in the morning (my boyfriend didn't hear a thing though...). Walls in room very very thin...was woken up by a rude couple next door being very noisy late at night. Full of German guests (I am half German myself) who can be abrupt and quite rude in their manner- Germans please be more polite to guests and staff when on holiday!!. The hallways and standard rooms are in need of renovation. The breakfast buffet was big but not very good quality. Coffee tasted like freeze-dried and was not good. Juice was not tasteful. small problems with toilet due to low water pressure. Wifi in room would be a bonus. Everything was fine in my eyes. Perhaps there are many steps to walk from the port if you er in bad shape. pool area a little regimented but but being very pedantic here. the quality of the food was poor. we had bed and breakfast and decided to eat at the hotel on the first night, it was extremely disappointing and wished we had eaten at a local resturant. Hård säng men men ok!!. nothing. Only problem was that we were given room 130 which was awful had to keep curtains closed as people were sitting, moving around just outside on way to and from pool. I had to go and say something and they were brilliant, after one night we were moved to a fabulous room!. Located at the top of a very steep hill, older or unfit person would struggle. Nothing - everything was fantastic!. Price.
