The staff are so friendly, the hotel is immaculately clean, the food is excellent I would say one of the best Hotels in Puerto De La Cruz. The food was excellent. Fine choices each night, and high quality. Half-board, excellent meals especially with poor exchange. the style of personnel and good services. Its food were really international and could respond everyone taste. The staff were so friendly and kind.
