Once full payment has been completed, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Towels are changed twice a week. A damages deposit of 25% of the total reservation will be charged upon arrival and will be refunded subject to a damage inspection. Final cleaning and charges for electricity, water and gas, are all included in the price.
