It would be difficult to single out anything in particular as almost everything was exceptional. service from staff. The buffet has a good selection, the staff are very accomodating. The location to shops and bars and public transportation is convenient. Checking out was a problem as the hotel did not have a record of our bill. I was able to convince them that we had not already paid and to show them a copy of my confirmation details from yourselves. They took my credit card details and said they will charge it accordingly; but this is not really acceptable as I have no way of knowing if they will charge the correct amount.

The hotel is situated 150 m from the beach and surrounded by spacious
gardens. It features two large swimming pools with separated children´s pool as well as a varied wellness area and two tennis courts. Guests can also play beach volley ball, table tennis or minigolf.
There is a nice children's play ground on site as well as an evening programme with shows, live music and dancing. The hotel also has a conference room in theatre style and a capacity of 150 persons. 2 rooms with natural light for about 20 persons each. Grupotel Natur offers group programmes “a la carte”.
