We were very happy with this hotel. The hotel had great facilities for families. The food in the restaurant was good quality and different food was served every night. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable for all the family. The staff are very helpfull.The amount of children and kids activities, staff, and mini disco were great!!! Cute BINGO and 1/2 of the entertainment was impressive. Also the apartment was good size and nice choice of food!. all reviews »
good view from room. good range of facilities. close to the beach, lots of pubs around. Positive was life in hotel Minerva 2. weather. Family friendly. service it was excellant. The sunbeds were never available, as they were all "reserved" by 8AM. I did find it irritating that people was occuping the sunbeds for hours with their towels without using them. The pool area got very dirty during the day as glasses, bottles etc were left there. It would be nice if staff could it during the day and take care that sunbeds were not occupied. The front desk staff was not very welcoming and informative. Also, the drink system at dinner was weird if on the 1/2 pension option. No types of drinks were included and it was hard to buy a drink. There was a lot of noise during nighttime from the street and crying babies but I expected the children's noise from a family resort. noise from drunken room neighbors - almost every night. no airconditioning. breakfast hall disgraceful overcrowded and undersaffed and mosquitos. i think you must remake the bilbings and the furnuture or the decor of the rooms. Fair stay according to price but too much noise from the "show garden" that started late and did not suite a family with young children.
