Great welcome/checkout and a V.nice pool for relaxing with lounge music! The room was perfect, spacious, well equipped, balcony over the pool with fans and air con if you needed. V.friendly pool staff. Location is a bit away from the beach but near to all shops, bars and restaurants. I like this gay hotel - it's hetero-friendly!.
The service is absoluut fab!! My taxi was ready at airport, great guy from reception called me all the way from spain to make sure my booking was oke. because i had a problem with it. Was a warm welcome from all staff!!!. The internet was working realy realy fine. Because normaly this is a big problem in las palmas.all reviews »
Can't wait to stay again! Friendly and helpful staff. Decor and room size were great, nice large bed. Complex looked immaculate. Great location. Very good amenities. The fact that the chain is heterofriendly, but mainly caters for LGTB persons.

The hotel was very near the Yumbo centre which was great for shopping and for going out at night. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. After all, it was a great experience.

shower temp was a bit erratic.
I realy liked everything about this hotel and beleav me i travel alot. To make it better a TV in bedroom would be great. and for now the temp in de room was great. there is an AC in the living room and 2 fans. But i think for the hot summer months an AC in the bedroom would be great as well. But people beleave me !!! ever have the change visit this hotel it amasing.

the only tiny thing that could be improved upon is that the jaccuzi would not work properly all the time- perhaps it could be checked on evey hour. Other than that - no complaints at all .
