I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! The apartment itself was of a good size and always very clean with adequate equipment and was very comfortable. The location was close to the beach/shops/supermarket/restaurants and the nightlife - excellent. I also found the place to be secure and en.
all reviews » Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!. As self-contained apartments, everything was provided for comfort, such as: a double bed, air-conditioning in both bedroom and sitting/kitchen area; nice bathroom; ample balcony; well-kept swimming pool; free wifi; more than adequate kitchen utensils, and; flat-screen tv. Bread was made available for pick-up at reception each morning while towels were replaced and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. Facilities were good and comfortable, very quiet apart from a bit of repair work taking place but when we asked them to stop they did so this wasn't a problem. The housekeeper was wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Will definitely stay again. Loved the quietness and location but still walking distance to the beach and the centre. Wifi was excellent. Lovely touch by staff who left us bread rolls each morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will come next year to the same place. The apartment was perfect. Facilities were excellent.
