The staff at Jardins were fantastic, From our Arrival meeting with Maria right through our holiday all staff were very friendly helpful and always had time to say hello and smile; the staff know how to make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent with everything thought of for an enjoyeable and hassle free holiday with toddlers, even bedrails, highchairs and toys to play with at the pool. Taking kids to pool great and surprisingly restful no loud music or crazy entertainment by the pool .
all reviews » The apartments of Jardines del Sol are clean, comfortable and a great size for small or large groups. It's perfect for self-catering - they provide pots, plates, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, blender, utensils etc (and there was enough free bottled water, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk for the first day or so) but they also have a small restaurant. One of the staff provided lots of info on places to visit and restaurants to try. The design is such that even when sitting outside, it is. This was our fifth time at jardines del sol. The apartments are superbly clean with fantastic kitchen facilities and equipment. Nothing is too much trouble for staff.they always seem to be full when we go but it never feels it lots of space great pools one heated and a lifeguard in situ. Always can get a sunbed.bar serves lovely food and now some canarian dishes too. Away from hustle and bustle. Feels like home from home. The staff were very friendly with nothing being to much trouble and the resort was clean all the time, the appartments had a little touch of luxury which made it feel like home. Ruby's bar was always great value for food and drink which gave you the option to stay on the site if you wanted to. Overall great holiday. All the staff are the best staff we have ever had to deal with in any of the Diamond Resorts, resorts. Also the Ruby,s on site restaurant is not as Derek from Dublin states it caters for families, if he wants the Ritz then pay the price! We visit Jardines del sol up to 3 time a year. Reception staff were particularly good - nothing was too much for them and they provided loads of useful information. The restaurant is good. The beach towel hiring facility is great. The grounds are kept really well and look fantastic Love the private sunbeds. High standard of cleanliness, site maintenance and security. Very good quality accomodation at a modest price. Well laid out, uncrowded site with plenty of space between bungalows. Very helpful staff. On site restautant OK for breakfast or lunch. This is my 5th time to this resort and would highly recommend it, the bungalows are very spacious and clean, it has good bar and restaurant on site and the sunbeds are great, well worth a visit. The quality of accommodation is first class. All the staff are all friendly and helpful.there is a very nice pool area with lifeguard.It's a very peaceful and restful place to stay. We liked the three pools, one for toddlers, a larger pool but not too deep for those not too confident in the water and a large deeper pool. All supervised by a life guard. -Comfortable, modern and big bungalow (2 bathrooms!) -airco -good and cheap breakfast at the restaurant -very clean, nice garden. Very clean with well kept gardens. No internet access from the apartments... In these times, people need free access to the internet when travelling. It was available from the reception area, but it would have been better to use it from the comfort of the apartment. Nothing. The weather was cold - never tried the pool! The wider location is a bit bleak with partially developed properties etc. The villa is not built for retaining heat so we found it quite cold at times - however there was air-conditioning and plenty quilts. Some traffic noise but bearable, perhaps a 20 minute walk to the sea and restaurants but not a real problem. nothing. no dislikes. The chairs and sofa were not very comfy. -The location of our room (room 1a) was near the street. Very noisy... :-( Asked another room at reception, but impossible because the hotel was fully booked... :-( -no wifi in room, only near reception and not free! -Location of hotel (a bit too far from the centre of Playa Blanca). We had a rental car. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It really is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Not being able to have our own barbecue. - WiFi is only available in reception area - Some of the chalets adjacent to the road can be quite noisy. The onsite bar / cafe. 15-20 mins walk to centre of playa blanca. Nothing. location. Although WI Fi is available in Reception,it would have been great to have it in the Bungalow!. N/A. Had and accident at the gate and have been treated appallingly by Diamond Resorts. Tried to be amicable but stonewalled and having to take legal action to resolve. We only asked for replacement of time as holiday was ruined, nearly lost a finger. Treated terribly.

Upon check-in guests are required to present photo ID, a passport or government ID card and a credit card as a guarantee. Please note that there will refurbishment work undertaken in some units until May 2012. Disruption is expected to be minimal as the units are on the perimeter however some noise and dust may be experienced from time to time. Please note between 19 April and 13 June 2012, the swimming pools, showers and surrounding areas will be closed for essential maintenance and refurbishment. Guests will have access to an alternative pool and there will also be a shuttle service to the local beach. Please note that requests for wheelchair-accessible accommodation must be confirmed by the resort in advance.

The Blanca Beach is a pleasant, 25-minute walk away and where you can enjoy fabulous views and a swim in the Atlantic Ocean. Take a daytrip to the island of Fuerteventura by ferry. The journey takes 45 minutes.
