Fabulous location, close to the beach and town, but not too noisy! Choice of 2 pools, one indoors even though a small hotel. Family owned hotel with great attention to detail and guest requests. All staff were friendly and helpful. A super boutique hotel with lots of character.
It would have been good to have a fridge and kettle in the room but many spanish hotels don't have these facilities.
We loved the gardens and pool area. The hotel was beautifully decorated, with fresh flowers on tables in all rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable with balcony overlooking the gardens/pool and view of the sea through the pines.
The building, pool, rooms are outstanding.
I would like more people of the hotel personel to speak English. (It's a general problem in Spain & Mallorca). The personel in the breakfast / brunch room could be more friendly / service oriented. Especially the older waiters. They don't seem to like their work. Clients / guests with special wishes are not really cared for. The personel at the reception was very professional and helpful.
Very comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast and evening meal were very good and a broad range of times to eat. Good pool and pleanty of space to relax around the hotel. Very close to a nice beach and bay.
Car parking as advertised is too cramped and is only available for about 5 cars. Access is also tricky off a tight corner and drive, whihc required me to reverse out. Free public parking was available in two areas close by, which we tended to use.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Beautiful artwork and very friendly staff, a relaxing place to stay in the centre of Paguera.

The quaintness of the hotel and attention to detail. The owners have created an home from home atmosphere. The decorations are superb, The family photos spread around the hotel are always discussion points when you bump into the owner You really did feel as though your interests came first and that was stay was mmorable
At meal times on the salad bar the individual salads did not indicate what was in them. A prob;em for my wife as she does not eat Fish or Seafood. Someone with say a nut allergy could get caught out by this
Good location (4 minutes to the beach). Rather delicious breakfasts and excellent dinners. Quiet calm & uncrowded hotel. Pleasant and very polite staff
The room was not big, there was no fridge, no tea accessories. Actually it was not very important to us

a lovely two storey colonial-style hotel, family run. We had a balcony with views of pine trees and the sea in the distance, although we didn't ask for it!
a busy road near the hotel and swimming pool and although the hotel had lots of steps it had no lift.
I liked the people (Staff) and their attitude - polite and reserved. Food in breakfast was very tasty, also service. The Location of Hotel is excellent and Hotel itself is very cosy and beautiful.

One of the best 4* hotels I've visited, perfect if your on a cycling holiday or relaxing. The breakfast was great and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was tastefully decorated with excellent facilities.
The hotel manager and his mother was lovely they made my husband and I feel very welcome. The rooms where Ok but in need of a re vamp. The balcony in our room which was located in the main building was lovely we had views over the pool. Breakfast was a bit sparing iv had much bigger choice else where. But over all great location however you do get the noise from the road. But your right near all the shops bars and restaurants. And a very short and nice walk to the lovely beach. Over all very nice hotel. It feels like your staying in a private house. :-)
The pool was closed :-( We did have a swim in the indoor pool which was nice but not been able to just pop in the pool when your sun bathing round the pool just was not the same. Also there was a air vent in the wall of our room which when the bathroom light was on lite the space up in side the air vent and it was horrible you could see right in,, it was a big space of about 4 foot square it scared me as I felt if some one was stood in the space they could see right into your room.
