situation on the beach and nearness to the airport. There is also an excellent beach restaurant right outside serving first class food. I liked the fact that the hotel was right on the beach with lovely views. The buffet breakfast was excellent, great choice.Excellent location, close to beach, quet. Friendly staff. Service not great in restaurant; we were left while waiter served two tables which arrived after us. Whilst flicking through TV channels beware of X-Rates movies which are not immediately blocked. Noise seemed to travel, as it usually does in hotels which have tiled floors. I. a bit of a generic 4* hotel, bar quite bland. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and unpleasant to use (but was necessary because of the heat).Could the restaurant staff smile a bit more please. Whilst thecommon areas are excellent the rooms and exterior will need a faceliftin the not so distant future.No tea - coffee making facilities in room. location. sauna. entertainment poor Could be a vast improvement between 9.30 pm and 00.00. The service was grudging. The food, except for buffet breakfast, was poor. I had to send back a burnt pizza and the replacement was not good and I left half. There is a general air of resentment of guests from the staff. The hotel happened to be convenient for me as it's very close to the airport and I know I can get a good meal in the nearby Plaza Mayor. High priced breakfast; 12 Euros; (not really worth it.) Strange additions to my bill; (No, I did not use the mini-bar!!!) This happens a lot so check your bill carefully!!!. the cost of breakfast for children was the same as for adults 11 euros or so. We had excelent food on Thursday in the Restaurant, But on Saturday the food was Cold, I had to send the soup back beacouse it was with fish as we were told it ws vegatable, again on the same night our main dish the (chicken) was cold and we had to send it back, but when we had it back it looks it was put in the microwave just to heat it. we did not eat it we were worried!! the service was good.reception staff were a bit lax in sorting problems. There was no literature in bedroom telling what amenities were available. Not even information on what number to dial on phone to get reception. staff had very poor english/inside pool was to small. The extrior of the building is crumbling, and should be repaired. bar closed too early. The price of food and drinks are to high.
