I stayed on the Friday night & the Monday night. Both times the staff were friendly. I was able to leave my bag there both times. The 2nd time I paid less but got a better room presumably because it wasn't full. It was in the City Centre & close to the beach. The nearest train station is approx. 5 min walk away. The main bus/train station is a bit further which was ok for me although busses are a minute away. all reviews »

Quite convenient to go everywhere. The guys at the reception are really nice. They told us a lot of places to visit and to have meal. The room is also very tidy although a little bit small.
Localisation of the hostel is amazing - behind the corner there is main street, maximum 10 min walks to the railway station, close do malagueta beach, shops, everywhere. Inside the hostel there is quiet, rooms are cleaning everyday, they also are changing towels each day.
The location was really quiet at night, (no street noise) yet easily accessible to the historic centre. The staff were very helpful and flexible with time. The bathroom was large, clean, bright, and right next door to my single room. Easy access to airport and station.
The staff, Mario, Luis, and Alejandro were extremely helpful in services
and directions. The shared bathroom was never a problem, always clean,
and of ample space. My room, though small, was convenient and practical.
All in all, a very nice home away from home.

there is no kitchen, it will be nice if they try to arrange one room into the kichen, even small.
The fact that it was not at street level, but high up in a block. (but there was a lift). Can't be helped, but my single room was almost opening straight out onto the reception area, with just a corridor between, and door was thin, so obviously noise of late arrivals at reception filtered through. But not a huge problem.

It's very cold at night as there is no heater but it happens many
places in south Spain, so not complaint about it much. My room was just
1m from reception and it was a bit noisy of the ring of phone even
2am... I was surprised that the staff has pushed me to get out from the
room for check out even its just 5 mins passed and there is no customer
waiting... Never happened at other hotel and pension in my traveling.
At entrance no sign that hotel is located on 4th floor, at first I was a little confused...

It was very noisy at night, people seemed to come and go at all hours. When he says parking is $ for the night it is not 24 hours. We paid him 5 euros to park from 8pm to 9am. Any hours outside of that are paid direct to the carpark. It's still cheap but was not made clear even though I emailed specifically about it.
