Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. A lot of fun. Hotel was amazing had a room over looking the pool and the stage. There was a dj on everyday frm about 10ish till pool closed and there was a bar nd cafe next to pool , great atmosphere during the day.
all reviews » Very fun hotel, even if you go solo travel. Parties, music events, (Ellie Goulding, Calvin Harris). 5 min walking distance from BCM disco, surrounded by supermarkets, easy access to highway etc... Example was brilliant , the hotel pool was huge and the music was great . Location is perfect just around the corner from the main strip and BCM square also close to the beach !. Got very look after by all staff especially all rob the VIP manager and all staff went out there way to help make it a great experience. The location is excellent and the accommodation is fair for the price, pool area is busy but good, music and resident dj's really good. Location of the hotel was good, not far from the beach. The organized gigs and pool party were enjoyable. Thought the music at pool side was good and the room was pleasant with enough storage space. No wifi in the rooms. Having four people in one one bedroom apartment is a bit hard but that's their biggest rooms - the roll out bed under the couch was broken. They put music from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. it could be fun...but after a big night out (almost a must in Magalluf) it can be annoying not to be able not to sleep. I mean, the first days is cool, but after more than 4 days, it can really get annoying. The hotel was extremely noisy, all night til the sun come up but that was to be expected !! The staff where ignorant and not helpful at all !!!. The rooms air condition was none existence two of the lads slept on the balcony while one slept with his head in the fridge open.Not impressed. Firstly they was going to chuck us out for no payment They tried to charge for a door we had not broken, it was fine, they wanted 240 euros of our deposit, it was a disgrace, we finally found a manager and hr admitted there had been a mistake. It was lucky we didn't have an early flight as the whole process took up an hour and a half of our holiday. Bad fans in room. Uncomfortable sofa bed. Smell of sewage at the pool area. Lifts wernt very safe. Nothing. You can't sleep here at all , it's really noisy all night and just as people eventually start to pass out the dj starts. It's fairly young so can get a bit of alcohol related problems. The general clientele are not necessarily on their best behaviour, very loud. Definitely not a place to relax, as a lot screaming can be heard throughout the night..if you just want to party its somewhat decent. Thought the placement of guests in a pretty empty hotel was poor. Guests were placed at the far corners of the hotel when rooms near the pool were empty. Ants everywhere in our second floor room!. Room was only basic very noisey bad laungage. Nothing. the rooms are very noisy, imposible to sleep at no time. No AC therefore you need to keep balcony open. Drunk english people making noise everywhere, on the hallways, balconies, on the street. Very annoying. dont even consider going here unless you are drunk british teenager:). loud music all the time the guest were not educated or polite people. not clean loud guests walls are paper thin sleeping in the hotel was quite impossible. The scary security men and ther nasty self's not to mention the basic rooms and bad decor. The constant music til 7am, the human excrement in the pool 4 days out if 7, the used condoms on the floor, the paralytic people passed out on sunbed by the pool, the lairy shouting, the fights, the arrogant reception staff, the reps with as much charm as a pencil, the ants in the room, the fact we paid for a superior room and it was disgusting.., do I need to go on? I had to put tampons in my ears one night to block out the noise!.
