What people say

Everything about the hotel was 4 star, from the reception to the room. The restaurant was also excellent but pricey. It was very quiet when we stayed but seemed to fill up late on. BBC and ITV in the room. Finding the hotel was a little challenging due to the condition of the road but was well signed. the whole experience, it was a lovely place to stay. The pool. When we arrived at nearly midnight, the second of our rooms had not been cleaned and this led to us sharing a room for the first evening. This was rectified the following day. No assistance was given with the luggage either on arrival or departure.

For administrative reasons works on the spa-wellness have been delayed considerably and we do not know when the facilities will be available to guests.
