Santa Catalina Park is just 250 metres away, and is the venue for the Carnival and the WOMAD music festival. Next to the park is a regular bus service to the airport. A wide range of bars, restaurants and shops can be found nearby. Guests also have access to a microwave in the shared lounge area. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and all floors of the guest house can be reached by lift. There is space to store bicycles and private parking is available nearby at an extra cost. Staff can arrange a shuttle service to the airport.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and when we came back a day after our stay they even allowed us to leave our backpacks and take a shower. Everything was very clean, we had a very modern bathroom and comfy beds! Would stay there again!!!. The staff and the location were excellent - and it is a gay friendly place. And I liked the Nordic bed covers a lot - very cuddly! It is simple but for the money you pay you can't expect more. I'll definitely be back.
all reviews » Cheap, simple place in a good location of the city. The center and the beach both only few meters. Decent but clean rooms, for a bargain price!. Excellent in every way. - very friendly staff, recomending us various great restaurants along las Canteras beach - towels were changed - close to Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas (walking distance 250 meters) - parking spots right in front of the hotel (if you're lucky). situated in centrum of Las Palmas,10 minutes walk to bus terminal, 3 minutes to best Las Canteras beach, shops and supermarkets all around the Pension Plaza, good for self catering stay,. the location is perfect if you arrive in the port and want to leave by bus next morning; quite clean. Surprisingly good bed. The man in the reception looked like a troll. The Hotel has personality. - good location - near to ocean and city centre - kind and helpful staff - free wi-fi - reception open 24h. Nothing. Nothing. tv was not working. Poor kitchen facilities if you need to cook. - dirty toothbrush tumbler. no WIFI in the room, just one point of electricity so when loading mobile on tablet (with SPECIAL EU connection) the TV could not be watched,. I had a room on 4th floor. The view was not that inspiring. Into a broken concrete wall. The TV was dead, the micro too. Windows were falling out of the wall. Reception didnt speak in english. Photo is nicer,then reality. - very dirty !!! in the kitchen (if that you can call 3m^2 room with microwave and sink) weren't any clean plates or cutlery! - window directly opposite another room (1,5m distance makes you feel claustrophobic) - lack of air-conditioning (there is a fan but it doesn't help much) - reception doesn't speak English at all (thank god for google translate!). Not so clean.
