The holiday started great with the greeting from the receptionist, she was professional, pleasant and extremely helpful. Our apartment was perfect for us and extremely clean with a great view of the sea. The 2 pools were ideal with a family orientated larger one with a bar and smaller quieter one. We would definately go there again. Clean, well equipped very spacious. We had a car so the hill did not bother us. The grounds were meticulously maintained and beautiful. We spent 3 fantastic days there and would return again. Our apartment had two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, patio and grass garden for sunbathing and a fantastic sea view. Heaven.

They gave us information on events taking place in the area, the shopping malls, etc. Impressed with spaciousness, cleaness fixtures and fitting. welcome pack of cleaning materials, toilet rolls, tea n coffee.views were spetacular over the med, and beautiful well kept gardens, pool. The apartment was very spacious and had everything included. Even down to kitchen roll and washing up liquid. The tv had a few English channels which we were very happy with. The staff were helpful and friendly. The view was magnificent. The location was very convenient. The weather was nice. We were at the very top which was quite a steep walk and may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties if they were going to the beech. Mattress not great but not a bed of nails either. Every thing else was so good I feel bad even writing this. A car is really needed but managed with buses. not suitable for those with walking impairments, a lot of steep slopes. The only thing we didnt like was It was a bit of a distance up in to the hills. We definately needed a car. The power shorted out numerous times even when just one appliance was connected. No torch supplied to find the power outlet at night. The refrigerator was very small with a freezer that did not work. No DVD player. Linen was clean but old and worn. there was to many steps if you had a childs buggy/stroller plus cases. it was further out than I thought definitely needed a car which added to price of holiday. Rest of family were miles away and the accomomodation was not as good. Few problems with the apartment on arrival, but to be fair they were resolved promptly and efficiently. The bed could have been much more comfortable. DVD player would have been great also. -The mattres of bed have to be changed. No airconditionner only fan -The hotel should give to people while booking the possibility to choose in which area the want to stay as we had to take the car for going to the market. no wifi in rooms but thanks to pool bar staff could give a little of connection. that reception is very far (more then 10 min by car)... no AC.. and they've should have better housekeeping facilities - inside the app.-. The apartments are very old and all the furniture needs replaced and the apartments completely renovated.I Know this is impossible these days with the current crisis but it is still a fact. It must cost you many lost bookings. The sound insulation in the buildings is non-existent, we could hear people using the bathroom two floors below. Awful holiday, was promised a room close to where our freinds were staying as we we specifically checked before we booked and we were put in a room a €9 taxi ride away from reception. My wife is disabled they offered no help what so ever. I was threatened by the security, and our cases were routed through when we were not in our room. Air con and burglar alarms do not work and some rooms are a 30min walk from a swimming pool. Don't bother. It was very misleading in its description of a beach resort hotel, if you are placed in some parts of the complex you can be 2 miles away from the beach. It also states you need a car to appreciate the resort you need a car full stop to get up to ur apt its like a mountain. Sea view was also a joke. And above all no aircon in this complex.
